AdventHub Tools provides AI-powered ministry tools and resources for Christian organizations and individuals. Our Services include but are not limited to:
- AI-assisted content generation for ministry purposes

- Educational resources and materials
- Other tools and features we may introduce
3. Account Terms
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for:

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- Exclusions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You acknowledge that we have set our prices and entered into these Terms in reliance upon the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein, which reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between the parties.
10. Termination
